Privacy Policy

How Vice Mechanical LLC handles the information you share with us.

Effective date: July 24, 2026

Vice Mechanical LLC (“Vice Mechanical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a commercial refrigeration and HVAC/R contractor serving Davie and Broward County, Florida (Florida Certified Air Conditioning Contractor, License #CAC1824947). This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or contact us for service, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to be straightforward — we keep data collection to a minimum.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly when you submit the contact form, request a quote, or otherwise reach out. This typically includes:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number and email address
  • Your ZIP code and, if you provide it, your service address
  • Details about the refrigeration, cooling, or HVAC issue you describe, including the message you write to us

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or health information through the website forms. We do not knowingly collect information beyond what is needed to respond to your request.

How your contact form is handled

When you submit our contact form, the information you enter is sent to our team so we can respond and schedule service — it is recorded in our customer-relationship management system (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) and also emailed to us (via Resend). It is not published anywhere on the website. We use the details only to reply to you, provide a quote, perform the work you request, and follow up about it.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule or perform refrigeration or HVAC service
  • To prepare and send quotes, estimates, and invoices
  • To follow up about work we have done or that you have asked about
  • To keep records required for our business, tax, and warranty obligations

We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to serving you.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses strictly necessary cookies needed for the site to function and to remember your privacy choice. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 (managed through Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it; it sets Google Analytics cookies and sends usage data to Google. It stays turned off until you opt in through our consent banner, and Google Consent Mode v2 keeps all advertising and analytics signals denied by default until then. Our CRM's visitor tracking is likewise off until you opt in to Marketing. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

You can review categories and change your choice at any time using our control, or read the full Cookie Policy. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal automatically.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, and only to the extent needed to perform that function:

  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery
  • Resend — the service that delivers your contact-form submission to us by email
  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — our CRM, which receives your contact-form details so our team can respond and manage your request, and (only if you opt in to Marketing) records site-visit attribution
  • Google (Google Analytics 4, via Google Tag Manager) — only if you opt in to Analytics, to measure how visitors use the site; data is processed by Google LLC as our service provider and is not used for cross-context behavioral advertising

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers or business.

Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide service and to meet our legal, tax, and warranty obligations, then dispose of it. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share, though no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

Your rights and choices

You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it. To make a request, email Management@vice-mechanical.com or call (786) 841-1011. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Your California / U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, or correct your personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of it. Vice Mechanical does not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share data, there is nothing to opt out of — but our control lets you keep every non-essential category off, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a “Do Not Sell or Share” request. You will never be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version always governs, and the effective date above reflects the most recent change.
