What’s the difference between the plan and the $59 AC checkup?

The $59 checkup is a one-time inspection: a licensed tech assesses your system and gives you written findings and an upfront quote on anything that needs work. The $175 plan is ongoing — two service visits a year plus member pricing on repairs and no service fee on plan visits. If you’re not sure where your system stands, start with the checkup.

Does the plan cover commercial equipment?

The $175 price covers one residential or light-commercial system. Supermarket racks, walk-in coolers, CO₂ systems and multi-unit properties are quoted per site — call us and we’ll price your actual equipment list.

Are parts and repairs included?

No. The plan covers the maintenance visits themselves, the filter and the algae tabs. If we find something that needs repair you get a clear quote first, at plan-member pricing. Nothing happens without your approval.

What if my AC is already broken?

Then skip the checkup and call the emergency line at (786) 841-1011. We run 24/7 dispatch for systems that are already down. The checkup is meant for a system that’s still running and that you want assessed before it isn’t.

Do you serve my area?

Both offers are available across our Broward and Miami-Dade service area — Davie, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Miramar, Weston and the surrounding cities. If you’re just outside it, call us anyway; we probably cover you.
